Shipping Rates & Time frames
For all shipping please allow up to 2 business days for orders of in stock items to be dispatched from us. For orders of items that are not in stock please allow up to 3 weeks, since all of our products are being handcrafted by designers in Greece and delivered to our dispatch location in the United States. - If you wish to cancel an order (in whole or partially) please send us an email to email@example.com. You may cancel your order strictly within twelve (12) hours after placing it. After that period of time it is not possible to cancel your order.
Returns/Refunds (if applicable)
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the day you have received your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you wish to return an item and we will provide you with the return label.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for return. Return shipping costs are non refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are non refundable. If you are approved to receive a refund please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you haven’t received a refund within 5-10 business days, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- If you return an item that was on sale when purchased and you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded the amount that you paid and not the original price of the item.
